Hello everyone, and welcome to Project-Divine, if you are here you are probably new and looking to see how can you can get off to a fast start!

First off, I will show you a quick map of the home area and what you can do there!

Newcomers Guide Edited10

The following represents a key to the map. Here are brief descriptions of every topic.

Shops
Pretty self explanitory, these are the shops where you can buy your items.

120 Mastery Skill Cape Shop
Unlocked when a certain skill reaches virtual level 120. (104m xp)
These capes have excellent bonuses in their respective skill.

Skilling Task Master
These are brand new! Talk to this NPC and you will be assigned a skilling task!

Starter Chest
A chest containing multiple options for starting. Only two per IP, so choose carefully.

Slayer Master
These NPCS will assign you a slayer task, for more information, you can follow this slayer guide.

Ironman's Slayer Guide

Also, here is a quick preview to what you can get from slayer!
Newcomers Guide Slayer10

Fishing Spot
Just some fishing spots, there are more but these are just the ones at home!
These include shrimp, shark/monkfish, and rocktails!

Tormented Demons
This is a portal to tormented demons. These NPCS have a chance to drop the legendary dragon claws, and now, the brand new Dragon Warhammer!

Barrelchest
A portal to the Barrelchest! These guys drop loads of dragon bones.

Master Farmer
Pickpocket this poor farmer to get all of the seeds for farming you could ever want! OR sell the high tiered ones for an amazing profit!

Nex/Nomad
A portal to Nex and Nomad, both of which have gnarly drops. Nex drops Pernix, Torva, Virtus, the coveted Zaryte Bow, and ... brand new to Project-Divine ....... The Zaros Godsword, the best two handed weapon in Project-Divine!

More Monster Teleports
Just a portal with some additional monster teleports, including edgeville dungeon, the asgnarian ice cave, and the kalphite layer!

Zanaris
A portal to Zanaris. There isn't much currently going on in the lost city right now, but you can expect to find some slayer monsters down there such as otherworldy beings.

Avatar of Creation/Destruction
To this day, no one has ever soloed either of these two guys. Will you be the first? These guys drop the rarest items in the game. (Partyhats!!)

FunPK
Want to have some fun or test out the PvP mechanics? Grab a couple friends and go kill each other safely!

Entrana (awesome skilling location)
A favorite location if you are wanting to train any of your skills. There are some pretty steep requirements to get here, but it is well worth it once you are.

Now that we have that all covered, here is what you can do to get started!

If you are a skiller, too easy, talk to the Skilling Master, get a task, and get started! All skills can be found in the skills teleport in the spell book. Alternatively, you may find some of these skills around the home area. If you need skilling tools, talk to Bob in the bank at home. He will sell you the materials you need.

If you want to do combat or you are a main or whatever your reasons are for doing combat, there are a couple ways you can go about this.

Option 1: Train a little before getting a task. This always helps you get those few initial levels and may actually be faster for the early levels.

Option 2: Jump right in and get a slayer task. If you are just starting out, and you have a low combat level, talk to Vannaka. (Located right near the starter chest.)

Any other questions about slayer may be answered in the aforementioned slayer guide, or perhaps another player or staff member.

Other useful information:
You will need 50 Thieving before you can use the yell feature. Thieving is also really useful because there are some really good chests you can open ranging from every 15-45 minutes of game time. These chests are located in Ardougne, the Bandit Camp, and in the Rogues Hideout in the wilderness. You can get some pretty awesome rewards from these.

If your'e just starting and you want to make a quick few mill, hunter is also an option. Teleport there via the spell book, search the crate for a net and get hunting. You can either hold on to these items and alch them, or sell them to the shopkeeper in the home bank.

They're slightly a bit of a grind, but Hunter and Thieving can make you a great a mount of money when you first start, and both have lots of useful rewards.
There will be individual guides posted about both of those skills respectively in the future.

I would also recommend starting farming as soon as possible. You can buy herb seeds from bob, the rest you can get via skilling or combat. You can farm herbs, flowers, allotments, fruit trees, and regular trees.

I suggest farming because there are some really good potions you can get such as extremes, overloads, and prayer renewals. You'll want these for higher level bossing, slayer or just combat in general. With all that being said, many herbs aren't readily available in a shop unless you have access to the donor zones.

Some more useful items are crystal keys and dragon tokens.

Crystal keys allow you to get some cosmetic gear as well as some of the best melee weapons to ever torment the game.

Dragon tokens award you randomly up to 50 special points per token. These points can be used to purchase armor and other things.

As far as starting out goes, that's usually what I do when I create an account. There will be more in depth skill guides being posted shortly and they will be linked here for your easy access.

I will also continue to update this guide with more information as new content becomes available.
